Workout:
elliptical: 5 minutes -morning elliptical: 10 minutes 6pm
Breakfast:
3pts multi grain cheerios w/ organic rice milk 1pt-1/2 cup oj 32 oz water total:4pts 1 fruit

Lunch:4pts-cheese pizza 1 cup celery 32 ounces total: 5pts 1 veggie
Snack:
1/2 pt-clemintine 5 pts-3 homemade low fat mini muffins 7pts-3 cups popcorn with butter
Dinner:
8pts-2 slices of plain pizza -gotta get this stuff out of my fridge!
