Breakfast:
3pts(including milk) multi grain cheerios w/ skim milk 1/2 pt clemintine 32 ounces water total: 3.5 pts. 1 fruit, 1 dairy, 4 water

Lunch:McDonalds 7pts-6 piece chicken nuggets 1 pts-honey 5pts-small fry 1pt-apple dippers (didnt use dip) 32 ounces water total:14 pts 1 fruit
Snack:
1/2 pt clemintine 32 oz water 1 fruit

Dinner:11 pts-6 oz fried fish w/ lemon 2 pts-1 tbs tartar sauce 0 pts-side salad 2 pts-2 tbs light ceasar water-20 oz. 1 veggie total- 15 pts daily total-33 flex points left-31.5 21 Day challenge:
